1. Project Manager - Landscaping

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering.

Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in which 3 years in similar position. Experience in project management for Green House projects, Landscaping, Waterfalls, Rock garden and irrigation of large projects. You should have People Management Skills and be effective Team players, have good planning and problem solving skills and be innovative and self motivated. Fluency in English and computers is a must.

2. Project Manager - Electromechanical (MEP)

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Mechancial / Electrical Engineer

Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in which 2 years in similar position. You will be responsible for the daily operations of all disciplines including sub contractor activities on site with the purpose of achieving maximum possible productivity rate whilst executing the work within the budget allowance. You should have People Management Skills and be effective Team players, have good planning and problem solving skills and be innovative and self motivated. Fluency in English and computers is a must.

3. Project Engineer - Landscaping

Qualification & Experience:

5. Plumbing Engineer - Electromechanical

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with experience in Plumbing , Drainage & Fire Fighting Systems for large commercial/residenceial/hotel/hospital projects. The candidate shall also have reasonable experience in other building service viz., electrical & HVAC. You should have People Management Skills and be effective Team players, have good planning and problem solving skills and be innovative and self motivated. Fluency in English and computers is a must.

6. Site Engineer - Landscaping

Qualification & Expericence:

Diploma in Civil / Agriculture Engineer.

Minimu 3 to 4 years of expericence in the filed of Landscaping and construction projects. The incumbents would be based at their respective project sites . Understanding autocad drawings, liaison with clients / consultants / builders, checking project estimates, monitoring subcontractors, preparing project progress report, job execution as per specifications, quality standards, time parameters and budget adherance and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are some important job attributes.

7. Site Engineer - Electromechanical (MEP)

Qulification & Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in residencial / commerecial / hospital / hotel / villas projects. This position involves reporting to Senior / Project Engineer & Project Manager. Responsible for day to day site based mechanical / electrical / plumbing engineering activities as per the contract's requirements and in accordance with contract specification and Quality Procedures.
